Using Feng Shui to sell your home is a no-brainer. I know this because I have sold three of my own homes and I used it on every single one of them. While I was not an agent at the time, I did hire an agent for two of those deals. The one that I sold as a FSBO sold for less than all the rest, and I honestly don’t think I got the best deal.
