Meet Logynn B. Ascher
Feng Shui has been a guiding force in my life for over two decades. When I first stepped into a Feng Shui class more than 20 years ago, I had no idea how profoundly it would transform my life. I certainly didn’t expect to feel so compelled to teach others how to create positive change through this ancient art. After that initial class, I went home eager to test my new knowledge. Very quickly, I realized I’d only scratched the surface, and I couldn’t wait to learn more.
Understanding Feng Shui begins with recognizing the many styles and approaches within this practice. Each path offers its own method of creating positive change, and finding the one that resonates with you is key. My first class introduced me to Black Hat Feng Shui (also known as Black Sect Esoteric Buddhism), taught by Professor Lin Yun. This style blends the best of traditional Feng Shui schools, making it intuitive and accessible. My journey took me to California study with Seann Xenja, one of Professor Lin’s original students in the U.S. It also took me to Santa Fe, New Mexico to study Power Feng Shui with Valmai Howe Elkins, author of Adventures of Power Feng Shui. This method taught me to recognize how our homes mirror our inner lives. When we experience trauma or carry unresolved emotions, these reflections appear in the spaces we design. The beauty of Feng Shui lies in its ability to guide us in healing these hidden aspects through intentional design.
Though my practice draws from these two main schools, all Feng Shui philosophies can lead to self-awareness and healing. My work with clients combines the wisdom I’ve gathered from mentors, as well as insights from my own experiences. Feng Shui is an ancient art with timeless relevance, and it’s my passion to share its benefits with others. Click here to see my Curriculum Vitae.
